Recently discovered in a netflix programme that chocolates are actually fermented!

i love chocolates but that was something that was totally new.

was out today and found some really boutique looking brands with amazing ingredients!

just looking at them n pondering over the choice of pairing made my day. what with pink pepper and a certain wild voatsiperifery pepper!

there’s this Piura Porcelana that comes from a small valley in northern peru that is very precious! Nearly extinct but has since been replanted. And so it goes, that buying this chocolate contributes to the growing of this original and unique bean 🙂
